Change Management

Target: Junior – Mid – Senior
Duration: 3 hours x 18 modules

The difficulties that are faced during change initiatives include high failure rates, an inability to sustain changes over time, problems with stakeholder engagement and use of ad-hoc approaches to change.

To lead change, today's professionals must have the ability to both design change as well as make it happen. This is achieved by building whole-organization change capability as well as supporting specific implementation initiatives.

Course Aim:

The aim of this course is to equip learners with an understanding of key change management principles and practices. This empowers them to better contribute and navigate organizational change as change recipients and better lead change as change implementers.
